Membership Subscriptions for 2009/10 season: Lifeguard: $45.00# Junior Surf: $45.00# Associate: $15.00 Family: $150.00* Surf Sports: $150.00** # PROMPT PAYMENT DISCOUNT FOR RETURNING MEMBERS. $5.00 per person if paid in full before 31 October 2009 * Applicable where 6 members of same family reside at same address. Not applicable if not paid in full before 31 October 2009 ** - In addition to the Membership Fee
- Entitles Member to attend weekday training at PSLSC
- Covers entry to sanctioned SLSNZ events
- Does not apply to "Sunday only" Club Members How to become a member of PSLSC: A: Download a copy of the Membership Registration Form from here B: Fill out the Form for all family members signing up as Members C: Return the Form along with the relevant payment to Nikki during Club hours D: Complete the secondary online registration process via the Surf Life Saving New Zealand "Join a Club" database initiative.
